The CELUS library is extensive but not exhaustive, so a functional block can occasionally resolve without a matching CUBO. Usually this means no validated CUBO covers that combination of function and specification yet, or the project settings have narrowed the search too far.

Try relaxing the specifications on the block and resolving again. If that does not help, tell us what you were looking for in our Slack community so the Library team can consider it for the roadmap.
