Step 1: Review

Applications are read by our HR Specialist who is familiar with all our roles, not just the one you applied for.

Step 2: Introductory Call

The first (online) interview allows you to learn more about our company, whilst we get a better sense of your qualifications and motivation to work with us.

Step 3: Technical Challenge

You receive a task you can work on from home within a specified period of time. The task depends on the position you applied for.

Step 4: Technical Interview

This is a specialized interview that helps us assess your coding skills and problem-solving abilities in your given field, as well as your personal traits.

Step 5: On-site Interview

The final interview takes place in our Munich office. You will have a chance to talk to your supervisor and get a better understanding of your future projects and tasks.

Step 6: Offer

If you are selected, we will discuss the details of how we’ll work together.
