We process your personal data for the use of identity and access management , user onboarding, marketing, application monitoring, costumer relationship and support and the personalization of your user experience.

We retain your data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

How do we store your data?

We have implemented a number of security measures to prevent unauthorized access and unneeded storage of personal information within our systems. These include pseudonymisation, encryption, access, and retention policies. Your personal information will be stored until you request deletion of your account or until the intent of use for which it was collected has ended. The data retention period is subject to the applicable legal requirements.

Recruitment and talent acquisition

What purpose has our data collection?

The legal basis for processing personal data during the recruitment and talent acquisition process is primarily is founded on legitimate interests. By voluntarily submitting your application and providing personal information, you explicitly consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your data for the purposes outlined in this privacy policy.

It's important to acknowledge that you retain the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, withdrawing consent may impact our ability to process your application or continue with the recruitment process.

How do we store your data?

We store your data through Personio (Imprint ).

Data transmitted as part of your application will be transferred and stored using encryption. In this context, Personio is our processor under article 28 of the GDPR. The processing is based on an agreement for the processing of orders between us as the controller and Personio.

As soon as we no longer need your data - it’s deleted. Otherwise it’s kept for as long or as required in accordance with legal requirements.

What data do we collect?

By submitting an application via our recruitment website, you express your interest in taking up work with us. In this context, you transmit personal data, which we will use and store exclusively for the purpose of your job search / application process. In particular, the following data is collected during this process: name (first and last names), e-mail address, phone number, channel through which you found us. Furthermore, you can choose to upload expressive documents such as a cover letter, your CV and reference letters. We collect data for the purpose of gaining insights, improving our Chatbot's performance, and ensuring compliance with our terms of use.

Our legal basis for data collection is deemed necessary for the performance to fulfill the contract to provide the expected service to you.

How do we store your data?

What data do we collect?

We collect the following data:

User ID: This helps us identify users and personalize their experience.
User Feedback: Any feedback provided by users to improve our services.
User Questions: Questions asked by users to retrieve CUBO information.

Third party data processing

We work with service providers in order to run several of our business use cases and in order to deliver specific services. In order to ensure control and safety of your data, we carefully arrange data processing agreements (DPA) with all third party providers.

As these providers are sometimes outside our own country, we always ensure your data is appropriately protected with appropriate safeguards when we move it to third countries. This is accomplished by aforementioned agreements, or by countries the EU deems as safe (Adequacy Decision).
