The news comes as the deep tech startup increases its multinational headcount to over 60 employees and expands its partnerships in the UK, Europe, and beyond

MUNICH, GERMANY, JANUARY 2023: CELUS (www.celus.io), a leading provider of cloud-based electronics engineering automation software, has received employer certifications from Great Place to Work Deutschland and kununu, two of Germany’s most well-respected platforms in the HR sector.

Great Place to Work certifies the workplace cultures of companies based on anonymous employee surveys and through analysis of personnel measures. The institute identifies trust-oriented and high-performance cultures that ensure the motivation, loyalty and happiness of employees that in turn solidify the success of the business.

CELUS’ certification comes as the company celebrates its ever-growing workforce of over sixty employers, hailing from twenty-eight different countries. The business has a number of core principles centred on curiosity, diversity, open communication, flexibility and integrity in which all workers’ ideas and contributions are highly valued.
