Dr. Markus Weber is a well-established C-Level Manager with over ten years of experience in innovation and the high-tech industry. He has worked at ZEISS since 2009 in various positions. Since 2019, Weber has been a member of the ZEISS Executive Board.

2. Thomas Schmall-von Westerholt



From 1 January 2021, Thomas Schmall-von Westerholt was appointed by The Volkswagen AG Supervisory Board as a board member responsible for Technology. The business administration graduate joined the Volkswagen Group in 1991.

Highly skilled CTO, Karl-Heinz Bauer, graduated from the University of Karlsruhe and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management. For the past six years, he has been responsible for technology management across Schindler Group. Additionally, he also worked in Honeywell and Borg Warner.

4. Dr. Joseph Reger

Joseph Reger has worked for various departments at Fujitsu since 1998. His current role is CTO for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), to which he was appointed in 2020. Reger is known for his ability to identify and predict game-changing IT trends. Also, he received his PhD from the University of Cologne and the highest German academic title (Habilitation) from the University of Mainz.

5. Maciej Kranz



Maciej Kranz is EVP, CTO and Member of the Executive Board at KONE Corporation. Currently, he is leading the physical and digital R&D, IT, Technology Innovation, and Strategic Partnership teams in their mission to improve the flow of urban life and transform the building industry. Kranz came to the KONE after more than 20 years with CISCO, BP and Starflows Network. In addition, Maciej Kranz published his own book “Building the Internet of Things”.

6. Dr. Arnd Köfler



Dr. Arnd Köfler has been a member of the Executive Board of thyssenkrupp Steel Europe AG since 1 January 2017. His main responsibility is the entire production area comprising all operations from iron production through rolling to coating. Also, he held various other positions at Hüttenwerke Krupp Mannesmann GmbH (HKM) since 1994.

7. Filippo Zingariello

After 30 years in the SKF Group, Filippo Zingariello began his career in Wittur Group - one of the world's leading providers of components, modules and systems for the elevator industry. The multicultural executive leader also graduated as a master from Polytechnic University of Turin and London Business School.

8. Dr. Kurt D. Bettenhausen

Dr. Kurt D. Bettenhausen is currently a member of the Managing Board at Technologiegruppe Harting. Before, he could collect experience as CTO at Schunk and as Senior Vice President at Siemens. In addition to these distinguished positions, he is active in the VDI (Association of German engineers), where he holds the position of Chairman of Digital Transformation.

9. Dr. Steven Partridge

Dr. Steven Partridge is a Vice President of Digital and Business Transformation at SKIDATA. At Roche, Novartis and Hewlett Packard, Partridge held various Management positions. 10. Andreas Mauer

Engineer Andreas Mauer started his career as a Software Developer at ABB Industrial Robot Systems. Here, as well as at TRA IT consulting and Avanade, he collected various years of sophisticated experience in the IT sector. In 2012, he joined Bosch, where he was first appointed CTO for the department of Security Systems. Since 2018 Mauer has been working as CTO at Bosch Building Technologies.

11. Renee Zaugg

In 2020 Rene Zaugg was appointed as a Chief Information Officer in Otis. Prior to that, Renee served as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Infrastructure and Cloud Services at CVS Health, a Fortune 5 company, where she focused on the implementation of digital technologies to successfully drive competitive advantages and systems engagement. 21. Thomas Heinze




Thomas Heinze studied Manufacturing Technology at the Paderborn University. He has been working at Miele since 2006 and today holds the position of the Head of Industrial Engineering.

22. Luis Esteban

23. Dr. Marcel Wagner

28. Dr. Dirk Abendroth





After graduating from the Technical University of Hamburg, Dr. Dirk Abendroth got an extensive experience in BMW Group and BYTON in California. Since 2019, he has been a Chief Technology Officer at Continental Automotive.

29. Marcel Brzank





Marcel Brzank is an experienced Business Development Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. After 11 years at Siemens, he joined ubitricity, a member of Shell group, as a Chief Technology Officer. Additionally, he has several degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Business Administration and Management.

30. Georg Weber




Georg Weber has been a member of the Executive Board of WILO SE since 2017. In addition, he holds the position of Chief Technology Officer Wilo SE. Previously he was responsible for the areas of electronics and engine production as well as the production system and technology development. In addition, Weber has accompanied the Wilo Group for two years as a driver of the cross-divisional digitalization team.
